I’ve been singing almost as long as I’ve been speaking. Performing was my first love — a way of expressing myself, of feeling free. But along the way, I encountered something many performers face: stage fright. Anxiety. A voice that sometimes disappeared when I needed it most.
I became fascinated by what holds us back from fully expressing ourselves — and how we can gently unravel those knots. My curiosity led me deep into the mechanics of the voice, earning certifications in vocal technique, and later into the terrain beneath the voice: the breath itself.
In exploring breathwork, I discovered something profound: our breath is the bridge between body and mind, voice and heart, fear and freedom. It’s not just a tool for singing or performing — it’s a pathway home to ourselves.
Today, I weave together breathwork, singing, and shadow work to help others reclaim their voice — in every sense of the word. Whether you’re a performer held back by fear, someone longing to feel more at ease in your body, or simply curious about the healing power of the breath, I’m here to walk alongside you.
My approach is gentle, compassionate, and grounded in creating safe spaces for transformation. Through one-to-one sessions, workshops, and retreats, I guide people into deeper connection with their breath, their body, and their unique voice.
If you’re ready to explore what’s possible when you breathe with intention, I’d love to welcome you into this work.
